检验原理
Test principle
明胶蛋白胨和酸水解酪蛋白提供氮源；甘油提供碳源；硫酸钾和氯化镁可促进绿脓色素的产生；琼脂是培养基的凝固剂；萘啶酮酸抑制非假单胞菌的革兰氏阴性杆菌。
Gelatin peptone and acid hydrolyzed casein provide nitrogen sources. Glycerol provides carbon source; Potassium sulfate and magnesium chloride can promote the production of pyocyanin. AGAR is the coagulant of medium; Nalidixonic acid inhibits Gram-negative bacilli that are not pseudomonas.

使用方法
Usage
秤取本品52.6g，加入蒸馏水1000ml，另加入10ml甘油，搅拌加热煮沸至完全溶解，分装，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，备用。
注：甘油需用户自备。
注：培养基中含少量氯化镁，灭菌后可能出现微量沉淀。
