检验原理
Test principle
蛋白胨提供氮源；甘油提供碳源；磷酸盐促进荧光素的产生并抑制绿脓色素的产生；硫酸镁为荧光素的产生提供必须的阳离子；琼脂是培养基的凝固剂。

使用方法
Usage
称取本品干粉38g，加入蒸馏水或去离子水1L，并加入10mL甘油，搅拌加热煮沸至完全溶解，分装试管，每管5mL，121℃高压灭菌15分钟后，取出，冷却培养基，制成斜面。
