Test principle
胰蛋白胨、大豆蛋白胨提供氮源、维生素和生长因子；葡萄糖提供碳源；磷酸氢二钾为缓冲剂；氯化钠维持均衡的渗透压。
Tryptone and soy peptone provide nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors. Glucose provides carbon source; Potassium hydrogen phosphate as buffer; Sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure.

使用方法
Usage
称取本品30克，加热搅拌溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，121℃高压灭菌15分钟备用。
Weigh 30g of this product, stir and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes and set aside.
