使用方法
Usage
称取本品38.0g,加入蒸馏水1000ml,搅拌加热煮沸至完全溶解,分装,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,待培养基冷至50℃左右,以无菌手续,每100ml基础培养基加入脱纤维羊血或兔血5-10ml,摇匀倾注平板,备用。
