使用方法
Usage
称取本品38.0g，加入蒸馏水1000ml，搅拌加热煮沸至完全溶解，分装，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，待培养基冷至50℃左右，以无菌手续，每100ml基础培养基加入脱纤维羊血或兔血5-10ml,摇匀倾注平板，备用。
