使用方法
Usage
称取本品 145.1g,加热溶解于 1000ml 蒸馏水中,分装三角瓶,121℃高压灭菌 15 分钟,备用。
注:培养基中含较多麦芽浸粉,灭菌后可能出现少量沉淀。
Weigh 145.1g of this product, heat and dissolve it in 1000ml of distilled water, divide into triangular bottles, sterilize at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes under high pressure, and set aside for later use.
