使用方法
Usage
称取本品130.1g，加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，分装三角瓶或试管，121℃高压灭菌15 分钟，备用。
注：培养基中含较多麦芽浸粉，灭菌后可能出现少量沉淀。
Weigh 130.1g of this product, heat and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, divided into triangular bottles or test tubes, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, set aside.
