使用方法
Usage
称取本品130.1g,加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中,分装三角瓶或试管,121℃高压灭菌15 分钟,备用。
注:培养基中含较多麦芽浸粉,灭菌后可能出现少量沉淀。
Weigh 130.1g of this product, heat and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, divided into triangular bottles or test tubes, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, set aside.
