检验原理
Test principle
有些细菌能产生尿素酶,将尿素分解、产生2个分子的氨,使培养基变为碱性,酚红呈粉红色。尿素酶不是诱导酶,因为不论底物尿素是否存在,细菌均能合成此酶。其活性最适ph为7.0。
Some bacteria produce urease, which breaks down urea and produces two molecules of ammonia, making the medium alkaline and phenol red pink. Urease is not an inducible enzyme because bacteria can synthesize it regardless of the presence or absence of substrate urea. The optimum ph for its activity is 7.0.

使用方法
Usage
称取本品2.1g,加热搅拌溶解于95ml蒸馏水中,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,冷至50-55℃,加入无菌的40%尿素水5ml,混匀,分装试管,放成斜面备用。
Weigh 2.1g of this product, stir and dissolve it in 95ml distilled water, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool to 50-55 ℃, add 5ml of sterile 40% urea water, mix well, pack into test tubes, and put it on a bevel side for use.
