使用方法
Usage
称取本品44.0g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中,加热煮沸至完全溶解,分装,121℃高压灭菌15分钟或115℃灭菌30分钟,灭菌结束后请摇匀,以防琼脂沉积于器皿底部而凝固，备用。
Weigh 44.0g of this product into 1L of distilled water or deionized water. Heat and boil until completely dissolved. Divide into portions and sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes or at 115°C for 30 minutes. After sterilization, shake well to prevent agar from settling and solidifying at the bottom of the container. Store for future use.
