使用方法
Usage
称取本品41.5g，加热溶解于1000ml 蒸馏水中，煮沸不要超过2分钟。取适宜稀释度样品液 1ml，加入到无菌平皿中心，将冷至45±0.5℃的VRBA 10-15ml倾注于平皿中。小心旋转平皿将培养基与样液充分混匀。凝固后，再加3-4ml VRBA 覆盖平板表层，翻转平板，置于36±1℃培养18-24小时。无需高压灭菌。临用时制备,不得超过3小时。
Weigh 41.5g of this product, heat and dissolve in 1000ml of distilled water, and boil for no more than 2 minutes. Take 1ml of the appropriate dilution sample solution, add it to the center of a sterile dish, and pour 10-15ml of VRBA cold to 45±0.5°C into the dish. Carefully swirl the dish to mix the medium well with the sample solution. After solidification, add another 3-4 ml of VRBA to cover the surface of the plate, invert the plate, and incubate at 36±1 °C for 18-24 hours. No autoclaving is required. Preparation for temporary use, not more than 3 hours.
