Test principle
蛋白胨、牛肉浸膏提供碳氮源及矿物质;乳糖是可发酵的糖类;氯化钠维持均衡的渗透压;溴甲酚紫为pH指示剂,酸性呈黄色,碱性呈紫色。
Peptone and beef extract provide carbon and nitrogen sources and minerals; Lactose is a fermentable sugar; Sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure; Bromocresol purple is a pH indicator, yellow in acidity and purple in alkali.

使用方法
Usage
称取本品 2.3克,加热溶解于100ml蒸馏水中,分装到有倒立发酵管的20mm×150mm试管中,每管10ml,115℃高压灭菌20分钟备用。
Weigh 2.3 grams of this product, heat and dissolve it in 100ml distilled water, and divide it into 20mm×150mm test tubes with inverted fermentation tubes, 10ml each tube, and autoclave at 115℃ for 20 minutes.
