使用方法
Usage
称取本品45.3g，加入蒸馏水1000ml，添加10ml甘油，搅拌加热煮沸到完全溶解，分装，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，待冷至50℃左右，倾注无菌平皿，凝固后备用。
