Test principle
蛋白胨和甘油提供碳氮源；氯化镁和硫酸钾促进绿脓色素和荧光素的产生；琼脂是培养基的凝固剂。
Peptone and glycerol provide carbon and nitrogen sources; Magnesium chloride and potassium sulfate promote the production of pyocyanin and fluorescein. AGAR is a coagulant for medium.

使用方法
Usage
称取本品干粉49.4g，加入蒸馏水1000mL，另加甘油10g，搅拌加热煮沸至完全溶解，分装试管，115℃高压灭菌20分钟，取出放置成斜面待凝固后，备用。
注：甘油需用户自备
注：培养基中含少量氯化镁，灭菌后可能出现微量沉淀。
