使用方法
Usage
称取本品21.0g，加人蒸馏水1000ml，搅拌加热煮沸至完全溶解，分装试管或三角瓶，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，备用。
注：培养基中含少量淀粉，若灭菌前未加热溶解，灭菌后冷却可能出现白色胶状沉淀。
