使用方法
Usage
称取本品21.0g,加人蒸馏水1000ml,搅拌加热煮沸至完全溶解,分装试管或三角瓶,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,备用。
注:培养基中含少量淀粉,若灭菌前未加热溶解,灭菌后冷却可能出现白色胶状沉淀。
