    检验原理:

    Inspection principle:

    蛋白胨、牛肉浸粉、酵母浸粉、可溶性淀粉和L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐提供碳源、氮源、维生素和生长因子;葡萄糖为可发酵糖类;氯化钠维持均衡的渗透压;醋酸钠可抑制革兰氏阴性菌;琼脂增加了其还原环境的稳定性,可以防止液体对流,即防止二氧化碳、氧气和还原产物的扩散,有利于厌氧环境的形成;无动力的细菌在此培养基中呈颗粒状或条状生长,可进行计数;有动力的细菌在培养基中通常呈浑浊生长,一般不能计数。

    Protein peptone, beef extract, yeast extract, soluble starch, and L-cysteine hydrochloride provide carbon sources, nitrogen sources, vitamins, and growth factors; Glucose is a fermentable sugar; Sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure; Sodium acetate can inhibit Gram negative bacteria; Agar increases the stability of its reducing environment, preventing liquid convection, i.e. preventing the diffusion of carbon dioxide, oxygen, and reducing products, which is beneficial for the formation of anaerobic environment; Unpowered bacteria grow in granular or strip-shaped form in this culture medium and can be counted; Motivated bacteria typically grow in turbid media and cannot be counted.

    使用方法

    Usage

    称取本品38.0g,加热搅拌溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中,分装,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,备用。

    注:培养基中含少量淀粉,若灭菌前未加热煮沸溶解,灭菌后冷却可能出现少量白色沉淀。

    Weigh 38.0g of this product, heat and stir to dissolve it in 1000ml of distilled water, divide into small packages, sterilize at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes under high pressure, and set aside for later use.

    Note: The culture medium contains a small amount of starch. If it is not heated and boiled to dissolve before sterilization, a small amount of white precipitate may appear after cooling after sterilization.
