检验原理
Test Principle
胰酪蛋白胨，牛肉浸粉，蛋白胨，可溶性淀粉，酵母浸粉和L-半胱氨酸盐提供氮源、维生素和生长因子；葡萄糖提供碳源；刃天青是氧化还原指示剂；醋酸钠可抑制革兰氏阴性菌；柠檬酸铁铵和亚硫酸钠是硫化氢指示剂；琼脂是培养基凝固剂。
Casein peptone, beef extract powder, peptone, soluble starch, yeast extract powder and L-cysteine provide nitrogen source, vitamin and growth factor; Glucose provides carbon source; Azurin is a REDOX indicator; Sodium acetate can inhibit gram-negative bacteria. Ammonium ferric citrate and sodium sulfite are hydrogen sulfide indicators; AGAR is a medium coagulant.

使用方法
Usage
称取本品42.75g，加热搅拌溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，分装试管，121℃高压灭菌15分钟备用。
注：培养基中含淀粉、柠檬酸铁，灭菌后可能出现微量沉淀。
Weigh 42.75g of this product, stir and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, divide into test tubes, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes and set aside.
Note: The medium contains starch and ferric citrate, and there may be trace precipitation after sterilization.
