使用方法
Usage
称取本品9.4 g，另称取50mg抗坏血酸，加热溶解于100ml蒸馏水中，分装试管，每管5ml，使沉淀物分散均匀，加入标准品或测试样品，用蒸馏水补体积至10ml，121℃高压灭菌5分钟，备用。
注：培养基中含多种维生素类成分，灭菌后有沉淀，分装时需搅拌均匀。
Weigh 9.4g of this product, weigh 50mg of ascorbic acid, heat and dissolve in 100ml of distilled water, divide into test tubes, 5ml each, make the precipitate disperse evenly, add standard product or test sample, fill the volume with distilled water to 10ml, autoclave at 121℃ for 5 minutes, set aside.
Note: The medium contains a variety of vitamin components, precipitation after sterilization, need to be stirred evenly when packaging.
