检验原理
Test principle
胨、牛肉浸粉提供碳源、氮源、维生素和矿物质；乳糖为可发酵的糖类；三号胆盐、枸橼酸钠和煌绿抑制革兰氏阳性菌及大多数的大肠菌群和变形杆菌，但不影响沙门氏菌的生长；硫代硫酸钠和枸橼酸铁用于检测硫化氢的产生，使菌落中心呈黑色；中性红为pH 指示剂，发酵糖产酸的菌落呈红色，不发酵糖的菌落为无色；琼脂是培养基的凝固剂。

使用方法
Usage
称取本品63.53克，溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，加热煮至沸，不必高压蒸汽灭菌，冷至45-50℃倒成平板。
