Test principle
胨、牛肉浸粉提供碳源、氮源、维生素和矿物质;乳糖为可发酵的糖类;三号胆盐、枸橼酸钠和煌绿抑制革兰氏阳性菌及大多数的大肠菌群和变形杆菌,但不影响沙门氏菌的生长;硫代硫酸钠和枸橼酸铁用于检测硫化氢的产生,使菌落中心呈黑色;中性红为pH 指示剂,发酵糖产酸的菌落呈红色,不发酵糖的菌落为无色;琼脂是培养基的凝固剂。
Peptone and beef infusion powder provide carbon source, nitrogen source, vitamins and minerals; Lactose is a fermentable carbohydrate. Bile salts III, sodium citrate and brilliant green inhibit Gram-positive bacteria and most of Coliform and Proteus, but do not affect the growth of Salmonella. 使用方法
Usage
称取本品63.53克,溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中,加热煮至沸,不必高压蒸汽灭菌,冷至45-50℃倒成平板。
