检验原理
Test principle
利用胆盐来抑制革兰氏阳性细菌的生长；结晶紫对革兰氏阳性菌如葡萄球菌、 白喉杆菌，以及绿脓杆菌、白念珠菌、表皮癣菌有杀灭作用，对其他革兰氏阴性菌和抗酸菌几乎无作用；利用乳糖发酵，中性红的颜色可把分解乳糖和不分解乳糖的细菌区分开。志贺氏菌呈无色菌落，半透明，光滑，湿润，圆形，边缘整齐或不齐。

Crystal violet has killing effect on gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus, diphtheria, pseudomonas aeruginosa, candida albicans and epidermophyton, but has almost no effect on other Gram-negative bacteria and acid-fast bacteria. 使用方法
Usage
称取本品51.5g，加入蒸馏水1000mL，搅拌加热至完全溶解，分装三角瓶，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，备用。
