使用方法
Usage
称取本品29.25g，加热搅拌溶解于1000mL纯化水中，分装适宜容器，其装量与容器高度的比例应符合培养结束后培养基氧化层（粉红色）不超过培养基深度的1/2。121℃高压灭菌15分钟迅速冷却。在供试品接种前，培养基氧化层高度不得超过培养基深度的1/3。否则，须经100℃水浴加热至粉红色消失（不得超过20分钟），迅速冷却，只限加热一次，并应防止被污染。
Weigh 29.25g of this product, heat and stir to dissolve in 1000mL of purified water. Fill into suitable containers, ensuring the ratio of filling volume to container height complies with the requirement that after cultivation, the oxidation layer (pink color) of the medium does not exceed 1/2 of the medium depth. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes and cool rapidly. Before inoculation of the test sample, the height of the medium's oxidation layer must not exceed 1/3 of the medium depth. Otherwise, heat in a 100°C water bath until the pink color disappears (not exceeding 20 minutes), cool rapidly, and this heating process should only be performed once while preventing contamination.
