使用方法
Usage
称取本品33.5g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水，加热煮沸1分钟以上使彻底溶解，分装，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，灭菌结束后请摇匀以免琼脂分布不均匀，备用。
Weigh 33.5g of this product into 1L of distilled water or deionized water, heat and boil for more than 1 minute to ensure complete dissolution, aliquot, sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes, and shake well after sterilization to avoid uneven agar distribution. Store for later use.
