使用方法
Usage
称取本品24.1g，加热搅拌溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，分装三角瓶，115℃高压灭菌20分钟，备用。
注意：如果pH值偏低，请用稀氢氧化钠调整pH值至5.8。
Weigh 24.1g of this product, heat and stir until dissolved in 1000ml of distilled water, aliquot into conical flasks, sterilize at 115℃ for 20 minutes, and set aside.
Note: If the pH value is too low, please adjust it to 5.8 with dilute sodium hydroxide.
