Usage
称取本品 35.0g,加热搅拌 溶解于 1000ml 纯化水中,分装试管,并在每个试管中加入一个小倒管,121℃高压灭菌 15 分钟,备用。
Weigh 35.0g of this product, heat and stir until dissolved in 1000ml of purified water, aliquot into test tubes, and add a small inverted tube to each. Autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes and set aside.
