使用方法
Usage
称取本品45.0g，加热搅拌溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，煮沸不要超过1分钟，冷至45-50℃时，倾入无菌平皿，备用。无需高压灭菌。
Weigh 45.0g of this product, heat, stir, and dissolve it in 1000ml of distilled water. Boil for no more than 1 minute, then cool it to 45-50℃. Pour it into sterile petri dishes and set aside. No autoclaving is required.
