使用方法
Usage
称取本品1.6g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中，使用NaOH或HCl调节pH使灭菌后pH5.7-5.9（25℃），煮沸溶解，分装，115℃高压灭菌30分钟，备用。本品可能有少量不溶物。
Weigh 1.6g of this product into 1L of distilled water or deionized water, adjust the pH using NaOH or HCl to achieve a pH of 5.7-5.9 after sterilization (at 25℃), boil to dissolve, aliquot, and sterilize at 115℃ for 30 minutes for future use. This product may contain a small amount of insoluble matter.
