Usage
称取本品4.4g于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中，是需要添加其它物质，使用NaOH或HCl调节pH使灭菌后pH5.7-5.9(25℃)，煮沸溶解，分装，115℃高压灭菌30分钟，备用。本品可能有少量不溶物。本品易吸潮结块。
Weigh 4.4g of this product into 1L of distilled water or deionized water. If necessary, add other substances, use NaOH or HCl to adjust the pH to 5.7-5.9 (25℃) after sterilization, boil to dissolve, aliquot, and sterilize at 115℃ for 30 minutes for future use. This product may contain a small amount of insoluble matter. This product is prone to absorb moisture and form clumps.
