检验原理

Test Principle

蛋白胨提供碳氮源；氯化钠维持均衡的渗透压；较高的pH抑制大肠菌群和其他杂菌的生长，有利于弧菌的生长；结晶紫对革兰氏阳性菌如葡萄球菌、 白喉杆菌，以及绿脓杆菌、白念珠菌、表皮癣菌有杀灭作用，对其他革兰氏阴性菌和抗酸菌几乎无作用。

Peptone provides carbon and nitrogen source; Sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure; Higher pH inhibited the growth of coliform and other miscellaneous bacteria, and was conducive to the growth of Vibrio. Crystal violet has a killing effect on gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus, diphtheria, as well as pseudomonas aeruginosa, candida albicans, epidermophyton, and has almost no effect on other gram-negative bacteria and acid-fast bacteria.

称取本品60.0g，加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，分装，121℃高压灭菌15分钟,备用。
