使用方法
Usage
称取本品64.5g，加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，分装于试管内的3/4左右高度，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，放置高层斜面备用。
注：培养基中含少量硫酸亚铁，灭菌后可能出现微量沉淀。
Weigh 64.5g of this product, heat it and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, divide it into about 3/4 of the test tube, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, and put it on a high bevel for use.
Note: The medium contains a small amount of ferrous sulfate, and a trace precipitation may occur after sterilization.
