使用方法
Usage
称取本品30.30g，加热溶于1000ml蒸馏水中，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，冷至50℃左右时加入脱纤维兔血(或羊血) 50ml，混匀，分装于无菌试管内，每管2ml，保存于冰箱内，备用。
Weigh 30.30g of this product, heat it and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, add 50ml of defibrillated rabbit blood (or sheep blood) when it is cold to about 50℃, mix it well, and pack it into sterile test tubes (2ml per tube), store it in the freezer for later use.
