检验原理
Test Principle
胰蛋白胨、䏡蛋白胨和酵母浸粉提供微生物生长所需的碳氮源、维生素和生长因子；葡萄糖为可发酵的糖类；磷酸氢二钠和磷酸二氢钾为培养基pH缓冲剂；氯化铵、硫酸镁和碳酸钠提供微生物生长所需的离子；氯霉素可抑制细菌的生长；吐温80可中和防腐剂，同时可起到分散作用；琼脂为培养基的凝固剂。
Tryptone, Moon peptone and yeast extract powder provide carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors required for microbial growth; Glucose is a fermentable carbohydrate. Disodium hydrogen phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate were pH buffers. Ammonium chloride, magnesium sulfate and sodium carbonate provide ions needed for microbial growth; Chloramphenicol inhibits the growth of bacteria. Tween 80 neutralizes preservatives and acts as a dispersion; AGAR is the coagulant for the medium.

使用方法
Usage
称取本品54.5g，另称取吐温80 20ml，加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，分装，121℃高压灭菌15 分钟，备用 。
注：培养基中含少量硫酸镁，灭菌后可能出现微量沉淀。
Weigh 54.5g of this product, weigh 20ml of Tween 80, heat and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, set aside.
