检验原理
Test Principle
䏡胨、葡萄糖、酵母浸粉提供碳源和氮源满足细菌生长的需求；叠氮化钠可抑制肠球菌之外的细菌生长；TTC为显色剂，肠球菌可与TTC反应使菌落呈红色。Peptone, glucose, and yeast leach provide carbon and nitrogen sources to meet the needs of bacterial growth; sodium azide inhibits the growth of bacteria other than enterococci; TTC is a color developer, and enterococci can react with TTC to give colonies a red color.

使用方法
Usage
称取本品42.0g，加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，冷至45-50℃时，倾入无菌平皿，备用。无需高压灭菌。
Weigh 42.0g of this product, heat it and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water. When it cools to 45-50℃, pour it into a sterile plate and set aside. No autoclave required.
