Test Principle
胰酪蛋白胨提供碳氮源、维生素和生长因子；葡萄糖为可发酵的糖，溴甲酚紫是酸碱指示剂；琼脂为凝固剂。
Casein peptone provides carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors. Glucose is fermentable sugar and bromocresol violet is acid-base indicator. AGAR is a coagulant.

使用方法
Usage
称取本品30.0g，加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，备用。Weigh 30.0g of this product, heat and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, set aside.
