酵母浸粉提供碳源和氮源;葡萄糖提供能源;琼脂是培养基的凝固剂;氯霉素对革兰氏阳性、阴性细菌均有抑制作用且对后者的作用较强。常用于真菌的选择性分离,抑菌细菌的生长发育。
Yeast powder provides carbon and nitrogen sources. Glucose provides energy; AGAR is the coagulant of medium; Chloramphenicol can inhibit both gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, and has a stronger effect on the latter. It is often used for selective separation of fungi and growth and development of bacteriostatic bacteria.

使用方法
Usage
称取本品40.0g,加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,备用。
Weigh 40.0g of this product, heat and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, set aside.
