使用方法
Usage
称取本品37.4克，加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，每瓶200ml，121℃高压灭菌10分钟，冷却至50℃左右时，每200ml加入一支dtm添加剂1（放线菌酮100mg），混匀，倾入无菌平皿。
Weigh 37.4 grams of this product, heat and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, each bottle is 200ml, autoclave at 121℃ for 10 minutes, cool to about 50℃, add a dtm additive 1 (actinomycoketone 100mg) every 200ml, mix well, pour into a sterile plate.
