检验原理

Test Principle

氯化钠维持均衡的渗透压；硫酸镁提供生长必须的微量元素；磷酸氢二钾是缓冲剂；能利用磷酸二氢铵作为唯一氮源且不需要尼克酸和氨基酸作为生长因子的微生物分解葡萄糖使培养基变酸性；溴麝香草酚兰是指示剂，产酸时培养基由绿色变为黄色；琼脂是培养基的凝固剂。

Usage

称取本品21.28克，加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，分装试管，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，放成斜面，备用。
