检验原理
Test Principle
蛋白胨、酵母浸粉提供氮源、维生素、生长因子； 氯化钠维持均衡的渗透压；卫矛醇、蔗糖、葡萄糖为可发酵糖类，发酵糖产酸的菌落呈黄色；亚利桑那菌可利用丙二酸盐产碱；牛胆盐抑制革兰氏阳性菌，但不影响沙门氏菌的生长；硫代硫酸钠可以被某些细菌还原成硫化氢，与柠檬酸铁铵生成黑色硫化铁；琼脂是培养基的凝固剂；酚红为pH 指示剂。
Peptone and yeast extract powder provide nitrogen source, vitamin and growth factor; Sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure; Euonymol, sucrose and glucose were fermentable sugars, and the colonies producing acid from fermentative sugars were yellow. Arizonella can use malonate to produce alkali; Bile salt inhibited gram-positive bacteria, but did not affect the growth of Salmonella. Sodium thiosulfate can be reduced by some bacteria to hydrogen sulfide, and ferrous ammonium citrate to form black iron sulfide; AGAR is the coagulant of medium; Phenol red is a pH indicator.

使用方法
Usage
称取本品88.5g，加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，加热溶解并不停搅拌，冷至50-55℃，倾入无菌平皿。无需高压灭菌。
