Test principle
蛋白胨和牛肉粉提供氮源、维生素、氨基酸和碳源； 氯化钠维持均衡的渗透压；乳糖为可发酵糖类；琼脂是培养基的凝固剂；玫红酸和中国蓝为pH 指示剂。

使用方法
Usage
称取本品43g，加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，备用。
