检验原理

蛋白胨、酵母粉在培养基中作为基础营养物质提供菌体细胞生长所需的氮源、碳源等；氯化钠维持体系渗透压平衡；胆盐和去氧胆酸钠主要抑制革兰氏阳性菌的生长；培养基中的蔗糖、水杨苷、乳糖作为鉴别系统；溴麝香草酚兰和酸性品红作为酸碱指示剂，能把发酵糖类和不发酵糖类的细菌区别开来，前者为橘黄色菌落，后者为淡蓝绿色菌落；柠檬酸铁铵及硫代硫酸钠分别做为产硫化氢的指示剂和底物，能产硫化氢但不发酵糖类的沙门氏菌的菌落边缘呈无色半透明，中心呈黑色。
Peptone and yeast powder are used as basic nutrients in the medium to provide nitrogen source and carbon source for cell growth. Sodium chloride maintained osmotic pressure balance. Bile salt and sodium deoxycholate mainly inhibited the growth of gram-positive bacteria. Sucrose, salicylin and lactose in medium were used as identification system. Bromothymol orchid and acid fuchsin, as acid-base indicators, can distinguish the bacteria that ferment sugars from those that do not ferment sugars. The former is orange and the latter is light blue-green. Ammonium ferric citrate and sodium thiosulfate were used as the indicator and substrate of hydrogen sulfide production, respectively. The edges of Salmonella colonies that produced hydrogen sulfide but did not fermentate sugars were colorless and translucent, and the center was black.

使用方法
Usage
称取本品75.6g，溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，煮沸不要超过1分钟冷至50℃时，倾入无菌平皿，在24小时内使用。注意保持培养基表面干燥。
Weigh 75.6g of this product, dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, boil for no more than 1 minute, cool to 50℃, pour into a sterile plate, use within 24 hours. Keep the surface of the medium dry.
