使用方法
Usage
称取本品33.0g,加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中,分装试管,每管15ml,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,备用。
注:培养基中有少量硫酸镁及淀粉,灭菌后可能出现少量沉淀,若灭菌前未煮沸溶解,易出现更多沉淀。
Weigh 33.0g of this product, heat it and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, divide it into test tubes, 15ml per tube, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, and set aside.
Note: There is a small amount of magnesium sulfate and starch in the medium, and a small amount of precipitation may occur after sterilization. If it is not boiled and dissolved before sterilization, more precipitation may occur.
