使用方法
Usage
称取本品33.0g，加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，分装试管，每管15ml，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，备用。
注：培养基中有少量硫酸镁及淀粉，灭菌后可能出现少量沉淀，若灭菌前未煮沸溶解，易出现更多沉淀。
Weigh 33.0g of this product, heat it and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, divide it into test tubes, 15ml per tube, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, and set aside.
Note: There is a small amount of magnesium sulfate and starch in the medium, and a small amount of precipitation may occur after sterilization. If it is not boiled and dissolved before sterilization, more precipitation may occur.
