使用方法
Usage
称取本品12.1g加热溶解于100ml蒸馏水中，煮沸1分钟，分装试管，每管5ml，加入标准样品或测试样品，用蒸馏水补体积至10ml，121℃高压灭菌5分钟后，迅速冷却，备用。
注：培养基中含多种维生素类成分，灭菌后有沉淀，分装时需搅拌均匀。
Weigh and heat 12.1g of this product and dissolve it in 100ml distilled water, boil it for 1 minute, divide into test tubes, 5ml per tube, add standard samples or test samples, fill the volume with distilled water to 10ml, autoclave at 121℃ for 5 minutes, cool quickly and set aside.
Note: The medium contains a variety of vitamin components, precipitation after sterilization, need to be stirred evenly when packaging.
