Test principle
胰酪蛋白胨和酸水解酪蛋白为目标菌株提供碳源和氮源；氯化钠能维持培养基渗透压平衡；氯化镁能提高培养基渗透压；磷酸二氢钾起到缓冲剂的作用；低pH、孔雀石绿和新生霉素钠联合作用可以抑制沙门氏菌以外的菌株生长；琼脂起凝固剂的作用。
Casein peptone and acid hydrolyzed casein provided carbon and nitrogen sources for the target strain. Sodium chloride can maintain osmotic pressure balance of medium. Magnesium chloride can increase the osmotic pressure of medium. Potassium dihydrogen phosphate acts as a buffer. The combination of low pH, malachite green and neomycin sodium can inhibit the growth of strains other than Salmonella. AGAR acts as a coagulant.

使用方法
Usage
称取本品32.0g，加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，煮沸1分钟，冷至50℃左右时，每200ml培养基中加1支改良MSRV添加剂(新生霉素2mg)，混匀，倾入无菌平皿，备用。使用时，正置培养，采用点触法接种。
注：无需高压灭菌。
Weigh 32.0g of this product, heat and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, boil for 1 minute, when it is cooled to about 50℃, add 1 modified MSRV additive (neomycin 2mg) every 200ml of medium, mix well, pour it into a sterile plate and set aside. When used, it is cultured directly and inoculated by point-contact method.
Note: No autoclave is required.
