检验原理
Test principle
大豆蛋白胨作为碳源和氮源;氯化镁提高培养基中的渗透压;氯化钠维持渗透压平衡;磷酸氢二钾和磷酸二氢钾是缓冲剂;较低的pH以及氯化镁和孔雀绿对大肠菌群、变形杆菌、克雷伯菌和假单胞菌属均有较强抑制作用,但对沙门氏菌无影响,氯化镁有中和孔雀绿毒性的作用。
Soybean peptone as carbon source and nitrogen source; Magnesium chloride increased osmotic pressure in medium; Sodium chloride maintained osmotic pressure balance; Potassium dihydrogen phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate are buffer agents; Low pH and magnesium chloride and malachite green had strong inhibitory effects on Coliform, Proteus, Klebsiella and pseudomonas, but had no effect on Salmonella. Magnesium chloride could neutralize malachite green toxicity.

使用方法
Usage
称取本品27.1g,加热搅拌溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中,充分混匀,分装,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,保存于4-10℃冰箱,备用。
注:放置于42℃水浴培养。
Weigh 27.1g of this product, stir and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, mix well, separate, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, store in a refrigerator at 4-10℃, set aside.
