使用方法
Usage
称取本品51.0g，另取20ml 95%的乙醇，加入980ml蒸馏水中搅拌加热溶解，分装，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，冷却至45-50℃时，倾入直径50-60mm的无菌平皿中，备用。
