使用方法
Usage
称取本品51.8g,加入650ml蒸馏水中,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,冷至60℃左右时,以无菌操作加入10%氯化钠卵黄溶液 100ml,混匀,倾入无菌平皿。
Weigh 51.8g of this product, add it to 650ml distilled water, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, when it is cooled to about 60℃, add 100ml of 10% sodium chloride yolk solution in aseptic operation, mix it well, and pour it into a sterile plate.
