使用方法
Usage
称取本品45.0克，加热搅拌溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，分装三角瓶，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，冷至50℃左右时，每200ml培养基中，加入10ml灭活马血清（马血清在50℃放置30分钟灭活）和1套（5支）布氏菌选择性培养基抑菌剂（含多粘菌素B 1000IU、杆菌肽5000IU、放线菌酮20mg、萘啶酮酸1mg、制霉菌素20000IU、万古霉素4mg）混匀，倾入无菌平皿，备用。
