明胶蛋白胨和胰蛋白胨提供微生物生长所需的碳氮源；牛肉浸粉提供氮源和氨基酸；乳糖为可发酵的糖类；L-胱氨酸为还原剂；溴麝香草酚蓝为pH指示剂；琼脂为培养基的凝固剂。
Gelatin peptone and tryptone provide carbon and nitrogen sources for microbial growth. Beef infusion powder provides nitrogen source and amino acid; Lactose is a fermentable carbohydrate. L-cystine is a reducing agent. Bromothymol blue was the pH indicator; AGAR is the coagulant for the medium.

使用方法
Usage
称取本品36.2克，加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，分装，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，备用。
