检验原理

Test principle

胰蛋白胨及大豆蛋白胨提供氮源、维生素和生长因子；葡萄糖为可发酵糖类，提供碳源；氯化钠维持平衡的渗透压；L-胱氨酸、亚硫酸钠作为还原剂，具有抗氧化作用，可保护培养基中的细菌等培养物不被氧化破坏；琼脂是凝固剂。

Tryptone and soybean peptone provide nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors. Glucose is fermentable carbohydrate and provides carbon source. Sodium chloride maintains equilibrium osmotic pressure; L-cystine and sodium sulfite, as reducing agents, have antioxidant effects and can protect bacteria and other cultures in the medium from being destroyed by oxidation. AGAR is a coagulant.

Usage

称取本品45.4g，加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，分装，121℃高压灭菌15分钟备用。

Weigh 45.4g of this product, heat and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, dispense and autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes for spare.
