使用方法
Usage
称取本品1.43g，另取硝酸钙0.5g，加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，116℃高压灭菌30分钟，备用。
注：植物组织培养基，全无机盐配方，灭菌后有少量沉淀。
Weigh 1.43g of this product, add 0.5g of calcium nitrate, heat and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, autoclave at 116℃ for 30 minutes, set aside.
