Test principle
胨提供碳氮源；乳糖是可发酵的糖类；氯化钠维持均衡的渗透压；磷酸氢二钠和磷酸二氢钾为缓冲剂；牛胆盐为选择性抑菌剂。
Peptone provides carbon and nitrogen source; Lactose is a fermentable sugar; Sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure; Disodium hydrogen phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate are buffer agents. Bile salt is a selective bacteriostatic agent.

使用方法
Usage
称取本品37.3g，加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，分装，121℃高压灭菌15分钟，备用。
