检验原理
Test principle
具有脱氧核糖核酸酶的细菌分解培养基中的脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)，使DNA 长链水解成数个单核苷酸的寡核苷酸短链，使指示剂甲苯胺蓝作用变成粉红色；氯化钙提供阳离子作为激活剂；氯化钠维持均衡的渗透压；三羟甲基氨基甲烷为缓冲剂；琼脂为培养基的凝固剂。

使用方法
Usage
称取本品27.58g，加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，分装三角瓶。如立即使用可不需灭菌。如不立即使用，121℃高压灭菌15分钟。已灭菌的培养基在室温可存放4个月无变化，并经数次熔化后仍可用。
注：培养基含少量氯化钙，灭菌后可能出现微量沉淀。
Weigh 27.58g of this product, heat and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, divided into triangular bottles. Sterilization is not required if used immediately. If not used immediately, autoclave 121℃ for 15 minutes. The sterilized medium can be stored at room temperature for 4 months without change, and can still be used after several melting.
